2L Graduation Requirements

In advance of registration this week, please remember that you are required to take the following during your second year at the law school:

(a) 3 credits of ethics; and
(b) at least 3 credits of an approved LAWR III or 2L seminar.

LAW 564 (Legal Ethics and Decision-making) will be offered in the Fall and Spring semesters next year, and will satisfy the ethics requirement. In the Fall, the course will be offered by Professor Hallett on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 to 4:30. Professor Milles will offer the course in the Spring 2019 semester. Professor Connolly is also offering 770 (Legal Ethics in Context) over the summer, which will count toward the Ethics requirement or the Experiential requirement.

The following courses will satisfy the LAWR III / mandatory 2L seminar requirement over the summer and next fall:
