09/29/2018 - The New Yorker cited Professor Irus Braverman’s new book, Coral Whisperers: Scientists on the Brink, in an article about naturalists who are chronicling the alarming extinction of not just animal species but geographic features of the earth.


10/31/2018 - The Associated Press interviewed Professor Todd Brown in an article about efforts by the U.S. Department of Justice to step up scrutiny of asbestos trust funds to reduce fraudulent claims. The story appeared in more than 250 news outlets, including The Washington Post, PBS NewsHour, ABC News, NBC New York, WTOP in Washington, DC, and Yahoo News in the U.S., UK, New Zealand and Singapore.

Evanko selected to receive 2019 Edwin F. Jaeckle Award

Ann E. Evanko '79 will be honored at the annual presentation of the Jaeckle Award and Alumni Luncheon at 12 noon on Friday, February 1, 2019.

For the first time in many years, the award will be conferred in Buffalo rather than in New York City, at the Buffalo Club located at 388 Delaware Ave. [Register to attend the Jaeckle Award and Alumni Luncheon]
